When we interviewed ニー祖堅, he mentioned he'd love to write some real Funky music for FFXIV someday. I thought he was just being nice, since he knows how much I love that genre, and how much I love FFXIV... but here we are, four years later. He freaking did it. Funky Fantasy XIV is officially a thing and it sounds and looks absolutely glorious. I AM ASCENDING.
