As I told Jon Favreau, If AI isn't safe for kids, it shouldn't be available to kids. I delivered the strongest AI safety bill in the country here in NY, but there's more to do. In Albany, I'm advancing a bill with Kristen Gonzalez that would prohibit AI companies from making their products available to kids if they don't make them safe for kids. I'm running for Congress to do the same, and to make sure no parent is forced to share the Raine family's pain.

But after years of bad-faith bargaining and union jobs handed to subcontractors, hotel workers at the Fairfield Inn and Four Points in Times Square voted unanimously to do exactly that. Their fight is for what every worker deserves: fair wages, real benefits, and a contract honored in good faith. Proud to stand with Hotel and Gaming Trades Council. Proud to stand with Labor.
