HAPPENING NOW: Day 6 of the Lineage cold storage facility fire where firefighters are beginning to get the upper hand on this fire. Sheet metal from the side of the walls have been torn down in sections, giving firefighters access to the inside of the building where the fire is.

HAPPENING NOW: Where is the FDA? We have partially burnt and thawed meats in this gigantic warehouse. 85,000,000 pounds is what we are told was in here originally. Bacterial growth and contamination is happening now. But how much? We need to know what the dangers are for community exposure to salmonella and e-coli, etc..

NOW; I am surrounded by protesters in the middle of a number of LAPD vehicles. I can’t move left or right. And I’m being targeted as a journalist. People with bullhorns are targeting me with profanity. LAPD has issued a dispersal order of 5 minutes.
