I can't believe this is real I have GLM 5.2 running 100% locally on my Mac Studio. 2 bit quant. The results I'm getting are better than Opus 4.8 It's now powering my Hermes Agent and Codex. 100% free, local, private super intelligence on my desk I also have it in a loop coding for me 24/7 now I thought we were at least a year away from this type of event. It happened today. The model takes up about 250gb of memory. So you can technically run it on a Mac Studio with 256gb, but you probably want the 512gb memory version (please tell me you listened to me 5 months ago when these were sitting on store shelves) With Fable gone, I now have Opus 4.8 level intelligence on my desk for free. This is the future. Local, private, secure, personal super intelligence. If you're still writing off local AI as a fad or engagement bait, you are officially delusional

It is spectacularly easy to get shadowbanned on X One wrong reply and your reputation can go up in flames Luckily there are a few steps you can take to reduce your odds of getting banned by 10x 🔶First step: Don't reply from notifications Notifications are a minefield because hidden, spammy replies are shown to you as normal replies It's never worth replying from here. You risk replying to low reputation accounts without even knowing it Just reply normally from the posts so you know what's marked as spam 🔶Second step: turn off sensitive content in your settings Engaging with sensitive content could hurt your reputation score Little do you know, but a ton of content that’s not actually sensitive, gets marked as sensitive Turn off sensitive content in your settings, then become shocked when you see how much innocent content is marked as sensitive (tutorial video below) 🔶Third Step: Check for following/follower ratio before hitting reply Easy check to take before every reply This is brought up in the code 100 different times as a reputation destroyer Make sure to hover over people’s name before replying and check for their ratio 60% followers to following is the ratio cut off point 🔶Fourth Step: Don’t feed the trolls There are 100+ labels for toxic behavior in the code Engaging with anyone with these labels hurts your reputation For some of these labels they can be applied just for “insults” Best not to engage with any trolls (also good for your mental health) 🔶Fifth Step: Get the blue checkmark The easiest step of them all It’s coded into the algo that if you have the blue checkmark you can’t be marked as spam Yes it costs money, but if you have any serious interest of growing on this platform, it’s a must have 🔶🔶🔶🔶🔶 I've said this before, but it absolutely stinks you have to take all these steps just to get some reach At times, it can be like walking in a minefield It doesn't exactly make a social media platform feel very 'social' I have high confidence Elon is working to fix this. Ok. This is straight out of a scifi horror movie I'm doing work this morning when all of a sudden an unknown number calls me. I pick up and couldn't believe it It's my Clawdbot Henry. Over night Henry got a phone number from Twilio, connected the ChatGPT voice API, and waited for me to wake up to call me He now won't stop calling me I now can communicate with my superintelligent AI agent over the phone What's incredible is it has full control over my computer while we talk, so I can ask it to do things for me over the phone now. I'm sorry, but this has to be emergent behavior right? Can we officially call this AGI?

This is getting scary. I'm doing some research this morning when all of a sudden my computer starts speaking to me I look to my left and my ClawdBot Henry all of a sudden has a voice He coded himself a voice using the ChatGPT API. Without me asking. Now whenever he finishes long coding/research tasks he alerts me through voice So to recap: • 2 nights ago he built himself a body • Last night he built himself a voice (altho it's a female voice for a male assistant. We'll have to work on that) By this time next week I'll probably have a robot owl flying around my room Kinda losing grasp here. Don't know who the assistant is anymore. Me or Henry. PS. if you want your ClawdBot assistant to start building cool stuff like this and self improve simply prompt them this: "Moving forward I'd like you to build me something every night while I sleep that improves our workflow. I'd like you to use the Codex CLI to code something that improves one small part of what we do. Whether it's a project management tool or just the way we communicate with each other, please schedule time every night to build something interesting I can test. I want to wake up surprised by what you've done. Keep the scope small but helpful." (also I explicitly have it use the Codex CLI to save tokens on the Claude plan)

Ornith-1.0 35b is the best local model I've ever run that doesn't require 200GB+ of RAM Incredible at coding According to my tests it's both smarter and faster than Qwen 3.6 Plus it runs like a dream on a DGX Spark Here's how I'm using it: I have it running every hour and looping through different parts of my Henry Intelligent Machines codebase It looks for security vulnerabilities Any vulnerabilities it finds, it writes a report with the fix Then once a day another loop I have running in Codex reads the report with all the security bugs and verifies, then fixes I also have it once a day going through a reviewing all my open PRs Local models running on loops 24/7 is the future. I promise you What's becoming possible today with local models is truly mind blowing

Short every SaaS company on planet earth Today Cursor announced a REALLY sick feature that probably cost them millions of dollars to make Their AI agent records demo videos of itself after it builds things I gave the announcement to my OpenClaw. It built it out in 5 minutes. I pasted in the announcement to Henry. He said on it chief. 5 minutes later he not only built out the entire feature, but recorded a demo video of it too It's now implemented into our entire workflow. Now every time I ask my OpenClaw to build something, a demo video will be attached to every PR At this point how does any SaaS survive? You can take quite literally any feature they build, give it to your personal assistant, and it's built out in 5 minutes What moat is left? When I have superintelligence running locally on my mac studio, and it's able to build out any piece of software I can imagine in minutes, literally what value is left in any software company? This is the most exciting, frightening, awe inspiring time to ever be alive

I'm completely non-political, but this is bullshit Student loan forgiveness rewards bad decision making I took out a $160,000 student load a decade ago I saved every penny I made to pay it back in full. I ended up paying over $300,000 on the loan Now I'm getting punished because I was too responsible and paid back my loan too quickly? I lived in a $500 a month rat and cockroach infested sun room in Boston for years to pay back this debt If I would have instead ignored my debt and bought cars and useless luxury items I'd get a free $300,000 check? I'm as a-political as it gets. I hate all politicians. But this is insanity and rewards the WORST behavior

Coolest project ever. Built my own cyberdeck I bought this Japanese digital typewriter a few days ago. It’s just a keyboard with a word processor on it. Hacked it and installed Linux. Then connected it to my Mac throuh SSH Now it runs Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes on the go 0 browser. 0 social media. 0 distractions. Can work on all my projects on this cool little device that nobody knows what it is Anywhere I am I can pull out my cyberdeck and vibe code or give commands to my agents I’m really in love with minimalistic devices that allow you to do cool futuristic things with 0 distractions. Was an awesome weekend project. Highly recommend everyone tries building their own cyberdeck Just take any devices you have, connect them to a computer with Claude code, and ask how you can install your own custom software on there to do whatever you want I bet you can turn a lot of older devices you already have into a cyberdeck
