PLEASE share. Anyone in Miami Beach keep an eye out for this disgusting piece of shit. After I confronted him and was screaming for the lifeguard I chased him as he fled the beach. We fought over his bicycle and he ripped it from me and took off. The police are looking for him but I’m sure they won’t be able to find him. Leaving this to the internet praying someone who recognizes this person sees this.
