Pashinyan published a bizarre video on Instagram today, as Bagrat Sourpazan began leading a patriotic march on Yerevan. According to the Azeri Armed Forces telegram, which monitors any squeak against Pashinyan minute by minute, there is symbolism behind this. “Azerbaijanis have a belief that if you plant a lilac bush in the garden, either the lilac will survive or the owner will. “It seems that this was a message to Sourbazan from Pashaoglu.”
