Day 126 of the next 50 years is an hour of cardio at 160bpm and back & abs. Walking a couple of miles a day on top of it. Since I have a 30* scoliosis, I have to train to keep my back and core strong or I’m in pain. Yes, it’s hard. So is being in pain. See those guys who blow their backs out? They need more core strength than they realize. A string back looks sexy too 😉

Day 60 of the next 50 years was cardio with back and abs with a lil shoulders. Finally got to lat pulldowns for the first time in weeks. After some heavy T-bar I got them in! This helps keep me out of pain from my scoliosis so I train it no matter how I feel. A strong back is critical for a healthy bod. Go train!
