We are 2 months since a major change affected all of you and our business, so we felt it was time for another update. Thank you to each and everyone one of you who stuck by us, believed in us and continued to trade with us, your support and faith in us has been amazing to see. We were put on the back foot and have had to fight daily to get the business and our traders back where they need to be. Firstly, we are through the hardest part of the transition which impacted our daily operations immensely. Our payout delays have been drastically reduced to 5 days, and will continue to decrease over the coming days and weeks, we will be back to same day payouts very soon ! Our operations and stability are stronger than ever before. AlphaTrader platform has performed exceptionally with high user volume with no major mass outages or downtimes. Continuing to implement trader feedback for feature upgrades and general improvements will still be a focal point going forward. We brought back the most popular platform TradingView to all of you thanks to our amazing partners at Plus500. Most importantly, and as we said above, our focus has been to get back to payout speeds you all expect and deserve which we can confidently deliver on. That leaves our commitment to those with a pending premium payout, we thank you for your patience, in the next 1-2 weeks the next batch of payouts will go out, and throughout October we will accelerate the pace of clearing each and everyone of you. We have had to focus on our day to day business operations and active accounts / traders to ensure we are in the position to honour our commitments on top of successfully refunding all active premium accounts, which we have thankfully done both, and your pending premium payout will be next. We're not going anywhere. If anything, the last two months have made us sharper and more focused on what we're building.
