₱50.938 billion is roughly 100 times the combined ₱500 million in confidential funds VP Sara Duterte's OVP spent across 2022 and 2023. Put another way, that entire two-year confidential fund allocation is less than 1% of ₱50.938 billion. 50.938 BILLION could realistically fund -Cash transfers (4Ps-style): At roughly ₱15,000/year per poor family (DSWD's Pantawid model), ₱50.938B could cover about 3.4 million families for a year. -Housing: At ~₱450,000 per socialized housing unit, that's roughly 113,000 homes — enough to meaningfully dent the informal settler backlog in Metro Manila alone. -School feeding/nutrition: At ~₱16,000 per child per year for a full feeding program, it could cover over 3 million children. -Basic healthcare (PhilHealth premiums for indigents): At ~₱5,000/year per family, it could subsidize about 10 million families. Sandro Marcos must be investigated on these allocables. This DPWH system must dismantled to avoid corrupt officials from repeating the same modus.
