In the Ghostbursters (Frozen Empire 2024) Garraka, the ancient “phantom god” villain, using his power called the Death Chill. Garraka was trapped roughly 4,000 years ago by a group of Firemasters inside a brass orb. His goal is to freeze the world into a new ice age so spirits can take over, then raise an undead army—including every ghost the Ghostbusters have ever captured. He can freeze people, objects, and even proton streams solid; ordinary packs barely affect him because he simply freezes the beams.
