.Ricky Gervais, this the lowest of the low!!! A canned Lion hunt is a trophy hunt in which the animal is kept in a confined area, such as in a fenced-in area, increasing the likelihood of the 'hunter' obtaining a kill. On canned hunting farms, young Lions are ripped from their mothers as cute young cubs, mistreated and kept in tight enclosures until they are released into a larger compound, only to be cruelly gunned down or shot with an arrow while trapped in a baited cage. Throughout their short lives they are often poorly fed and suffer high levels of stress – and they almost always end up pale and emaciated before meeting their unfortunate end. Ban Canned 'Hunting' NOW!!!

"It takes nothing away from a human to be kind to an animal" ~ Joaquin Phoenix. If anything is going to make you smile today, it will be this. An elderly man in the Philippines was filmed protecting his beloved dog from the rain. The tender way he cares for the dog to make sure he stays dry in the rain will melt your heart. The precious moment was captured by Alilee Shalom Galilee at a market in Davao City. The elderly man was getting ready to leave the market when it started to rain. The dog patiently sat in a basket attached to the front of the man’s bike. He retrieved a small hat from the rear basket of the bike. He placed it on the dog’s head and attached the strap to his bike. Shortly after, the man took out a plastic bag and tied it around the dog. Now that the dog was covered and no longer getting wet, he put his gloves on and got on his bike. With a push of the leg, they were off.

Ricky Gervais totally destroys #AnimalTesting in less than a minute. He explains why it doesn't work, why it still continues and why it must end NOW. Support Betsy, Beagle Ambassador for FLOE’s campaign against failed #science. It's 'cruel and pointless' @RickyGervais.
