🚨THE US GOVERNMENT’S DECADES LONG AGREEMENT WITH ALIENS 🤝👽 Matthew Brown describes the alleged terms of an agreement between non-human intelligence and the US government: territory inside American borders that the government agreed to stay away from, and access to specific human subjects of their choosing. "Do you think we have made agreements with the beings?" "Yes. Agreements were struck between the United States and a third party that is in possession of this technology. "The other side is some sort of access to and communication with humans of their choice." Abduction testimony has been the most ridiculed category of evidence in this field for sixty years.
