This clip slowed down shows the energy released from under Charlie's shirt BEFORE the damage to his neck. Since the very beginning, the way his shirt to me did not in any way match what would happen being shot with a bullet. This is why the shaped charge theory has legs. It completely fits what happens under his shirt and that is before you dig into the plant in Tennesee that exploding a month later killing 16 people.

This is supposedly one of the UVU cameras. They don't even make cameras this bad anymore. I don't think you can even find cameras this bad on eBay. This is obviously intentionally degraded footage to obfuscate the truth. I would bet big money that the original footage is 1080 or better.
