Communal Tension in Medak, Total failure of Medak Police: RSS & BJP workers attack muslims and their properties in Medak Town injuring 7 Muslim Youths with Medak Police being mute spectator. RSS & BJP workers started communal tension around 3:00 PM when some Ox were kept in a Madersa bought for sacrifice. Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman) MBT strongly condemned the inaction of Medak Police against the BJP & RSS workers and giving a free hand to this communal elements to attack muslims and their institutions. Mr Khan said since Anumula Revanth Reddy took charge as Cheif Minister of Telangana the communal elements has been given free hand to attack muslims and damage their properties with police being mute spectators. Mr Khan questioned as why the Medak Police was silent when BJP & RSS workers assembled at Madersa and were giving dharna and why they were not immediately arrested then and there. $Serious allegations of police brutality in Raidurgam Police Station of Cyberabad Commissionerate,Three Muslim Youths tortured while they were fasting : On 8th March at 12:20 AM near T-Hub opposite Niloufer Cafe, a cop allegedly slapped Mohammed Fazal Ur Rahman Akeef while he along with his freind was standing there, snatched his bike keys and phone, took them to Raidurgam Police Station, asking them to return in the morning to collect their bike. Next morning Fazal Ur Rahman Akeef along with Syed Areeb & Mohammed Sohail went to the Police Station. While waiting for the Inspector, they took photos of their bike & the police station board to inform their family. A cop allegedly ran towards them, snatched the phone and abused them for taking pictures. Soon after, the Inspector of Police Raidurgam arrived and called all three inside his room. After checking their Aadhaar cards, phones, driving licence and bike papers, the Inspector allegedly ordered the cops present to beat them. All three muslim youths were brutally assaulted with hands, tyre chappals and kicked with shoes. Despite repeatedly informing that they were fasting in the holy month of Ramzan, the beating allegedly continued. One youth Syed Areeb had recently undergone head tumor surgery and was suffering from fractured collar bone & hand. Even after showing his surgery stitches and injuries, the assault reportedly continued. After receiving information, I visited the police station, submitted a written complaint and demanded immediate suspension of the Inspector and all police personnel of Raidurgam Police Station responsible for beating the youths.
