Last night-(Monday 16th February @ 11:16pm), a group of masked individuals assembled outside my residence. This morning my staff witnessed that the electric meter-(located at the exact same place as last night's huddle) had been tampered with. The tapes and handiwork left intact for all and sundry to see. WAPDA lineman attended soon after and said he had received an overnight complaint of "electricity theft" and then proceeded to remove the electric meter. New method of victimisation by this illegitimate fake Form 47 regime.
