Right in front of your eyes, Cargo theft from moving truck on Egyptian highway caught on camera... The truck driver is definitely on a route with the company and doesn't want to reveal that he stopped and colluded with the thief. He'll park at the delivery location and claim he arrived and was surprised to find the truck had been stolen... This is probably the most likely explanation for the video... just a guess.
