Throwback to 23 December 2015. During his arrival in Moscow, PM Modi briefly started walking while India's national anthem was being played after apparently misinterpreting a Russian official's gesture. A Russian official quickly stopped him, and he stepped back and stood at attention as per protocol. It is one of the most embarrassing moments involving an Indian Prime Minister on a foreign visit.
