So far, Tamil Nadu has received the Centre's approval for projects worth ₹16,000 crore under various schemes, including the Urban Challenge Fund for river restoration (₹7,500 crore), VBGRAMG for rural employment (₹7,500 crore), and disaster management (₹1,000 crore).
