This is how I get the escovitch salt for my seasoned fries. Separate the solids & liquid from escovitch pickle. Boil the salt in the liquid until it evaporates; then dehydrate the salt & vegetables. Blend everything into a powder and boom!...whetup! I love this on some mango 🤤
