This is, unfortunately, the fate of many vans in Ukraine. They are commodities that require frequent replacement due to battlefield losses. A whilee ago Russians started using phosphorus as drone munitions, often to directly attack individual soldiers but mostly to hit dugouts and buildings. Some of them are grenades most likely, but some appear to be extracted from mortar shells. here is a molniya-2
