The attacks on the Voting Rights Act are shameful, and we must fight back.

The American people deserve a government that actually works. It's time to fix the country with a constitutional amendment that would ban partisan redistricting, reverse Citizens United, and create term limits – including for the Supreme Court.

Incredible energy and enthusiasm for Kamala Harris in deep-red Forsyth County with a bunch of fired up Georgia Democrats. When we run on our values, we can bring Americans together all over the country and win. Every vote counts. Everybody matters.

America, we can never move on from the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol until there is real accountability. This was the most direct attack on our democracy in my lifetime, yet every perpetrator has been pardoned. It’s up to us to keep standing up for what’s right.

Health care is a basic human right. If Congress makes cuts to Medicaid, rural hospitals will close, jobs will be lost and our families will be forced to drive hours for a regular appointment. That ain’t right and you deserve better.

Folks, here is the truth: Work requirements when it comes to Medicaid are a ruse. It doubles the paperwork, hoping someone will check the wrong box and lose their coverage. It's wrong, and it's cruel.

So many brave Americans worked and sacrificed to pass the landmark Voting Rights Act, and SCOTUS's decision undercut that progress. We can push back against this shameful decision – and we must.

Act like a President, Mr. President — and stop inciting violence with your dangerous and unacceptable comments.

Congress wants us to feel powerless. The American people are anything but. We're ready to make a change this November.

While I prioritize kindness, don’t ever mistake it for weakness. I’m a Democratic governor in a deep-red state who’s gone up against Trump-backed candidates. I’m still standing – they’re not.

When Americans are struggling to pay the bills and keep food on the table, our President shouldn't be spending a billion dollars on a ballroom that no one wanted and no one needs.

JD Vance is a bully who says that addiction is the fault of struggling Americans — not the opioid manufacturers that flooded our communities with pills. I’ve focused on delivering results by suing the companies responsible and increasing access to treatment and support.

This so-called “big, beautiful bill” is anything but. From cutting Medicaid and leaving millions without health care to SNAP cuts, which will cause more hunger, this bill will hurt Americans – not help them. I believe in putting our people first. Leaders in D.C. should too.

Jesus could have been the Prince of Power but chose instead to be the Prince of Peace. Of course the Pope is going to preach peace.
