BREAKING: ARK Invest will be the first fund to tokenize the ARKK fund with Securitize as the issuer. ARK needs a transfer agent to maintain the books and records for who owns what onchain, Securitize is that. The underlying fund will remain ARKK but Securitize will facilitate the launch of a new share class, and will issue tokenized shares of their $ARKK fund onchain via a transfer agent with Securitize. The innovation exemption allows ARK to not have to approach the SEC and it will automatically be deemed compliant, from what we're hearing. This will allow funds to rapidly tokenize vs. having to wait for SEC approval in future. We are witnessing the opening of the floodgates for all of the tokenization industry and will have absolutely massive second-order effects across the asset management business. I'm long Pump and Lighter on NEAR perps right now, which basically trades on Hyperliquid underneath. Its easily one of the best ways to trade perps and so easy. I'm buying as much Zcash as humanly possible as well, on every dip, and with nearly every business distribution. After speaking with a couple of whales, I realized my unit targets for ZEC ownership were far too low. Have Chainlink, a ton of Hyperliquid & Hyperliquid Strategies, some Bitcoin, some Aerodrome, Zama, and NEAR. Little bit of Ethereum & other names. Bit of cash for the inevitable (or not) last bear market washout. I'm accumulating as much of the top quality assets as possible for multi-year holds right now, with every distribution from the business. Thats what you do in the bear market.

A mentor of mine once explained that wealthy people setup systems such that "as time passes, they become more wealthy" i.e. investments, yield, and asset ownership. The problem with crypto right now is its a traders market, not an owners market. I want to be a long-term asset owner in equity which compounds positively. We're not there yet. We will not advance as an industry until we solve the compounding issue. This means the creation, or re-creation, of investable assets with real long-term business models, a claim on cash flows, and real governance rights. Santiago R Santos & I do agree that Hyperliquid is the closest thing to this in the entire digital asset industry today. Its these assets where time works in your favor & the math behind compound interest transfers value from "traders" to "owners" over a long enough timeframe. I want to beat short-term minded people by being patient, not compete in the trenches with them. Something needs to change.
