🚨🗣 | Guys, this morning I woke up to several reports saying Barcola to Liverpool is a done deal — a “here we go” for €128m. At the moment, nothing is done. Nothing. I’ve been telling you for months that Liverpool want Barcola. Liverpool will go for Barcola. Barcola is the top target. Barcola is not untouchable. All summer I told you Liverpool were trying for Barcola, but at the same time I always said financially they need to reach an agreement — and that is obviously a big financial package. So it’s on Liverpool to decide whether they can reach an agreement financially or not. The negotiation is ongoing. PSG and Liverpool keep talking, but at the moment there is still no breakthrough in talks. There is still nothing decided, nothing done for Barcola to Liverpool. So we need to be patient. What's actually happening — Liverpool, PSG, and Barcola's agents are all in regular contact. Personal terms aren't the issue, he's fully up for it. It's genuinely just the fee. New context too: PSG have lost several attackers this summer and are simultaneously finalising a deal for Akliouche. They need their own rebuild sorted before Barcola can leave.
