the interviewer asked if they had any set dorm rules and muti said that they were quite picky back in the day because they thought they had to be, what with them being sole connection between the other members at the time. they would hold a meeting once a week for everyone to talk honestly and air any frustrations, and set the rule of 'if you don't bring it up now, don't let it show it's bothering you for the next week' lol they later said they would have 'quiet times' between 1am-11am and also do a big clean of the dorm every week, normally the day after their meeting. now because of their schedules it's not super rigid but they still do the weekly meeting!
