#WATCH | Jaipur, Rajasthan: Prashant Kiran, DCP West, Jaipur, says, "During the (NEET) exam, the invigilator noticed a student in a suspicious state and checked her. After checking, a phone was recovered from her. After recovering the phone, she informed the center superintendent, who then informed us. Upon receiving the information, a police team arrived at the scene, questioned the student, and examined the phone. Her question paper was also examined. During the investigation, it was revealed that her intention was to use the phone to obtain answers to certain questions through an AI or search engine and then fill in the answers. In this entire case, no involvement of any other person has been found. It's a non-bailable offense. She was arrested and produced before the court, from where she was sent to judicial custody...We will conduct a detailed investigation into this matter to determine whether the personnel there were negligent or not. However, the evidence we have uncovered so far does not suggest any involvement. A desperate attempt was made by a student to pass the exam, and in that desperation, she took this foolish step, which is illegal. Therefore, legal action is being taken by filing a case against her. I can say this with complete certainty. The paper didn't reach anyone during the exam, and the entire phone was confiscated on the spot..."
