Newly released footage of Charlotte Train Attack on Ukranian Refugee, Iryna Zarutska. Shows Decarlos Brown saying "I got that white girl" after fatally stabbing her. The footage also shows she didn't immediately collapse and people surrounding didn't react or didn't realize what happened. Magistrates Judge, Teresa Stokes (a Registered Democrat) released Decarlos Brown on the condition he'd appear in court. Apparently she doesn't have a law degree.
