Oprah & the ridiculousness of the obesity gene I was obese most of my life & 10 yrs ago when the pain became so bad from simple movements- I changed. I walked daily, gave up processed food & lost a 100 lbs It is a miracle cure for people who need help- but the struggle is food addiction. I may be thin now, but I still struggle a lot but through prayer & the moment I eat garbage- the pain comes back
