introducing a dictionary for ui things you can see but can't name made it because i'm primarily a designer, and my biggest resistance was always knowing what things are called when prompting my agents it learns as people use it: every search teaches the site new words, and the built-in pocket dictionary grows with it give it a try and let me know what you think can't find something? dm me and i'll add it i want this to be the lowest resistance resource you have you can just build things

here is the first look at realtime voice mode in codex the ui is already in the app, but the codex backend endpoint does not seem to be live yet i got it running by forcing the local feature gate and using my own openai api key, so it goes through the public realtime api instead it's incredible, but this demo alone cost me ~$4 gpt realtime 2 is very expensive, which makes me wonder how they're going to handle it - part of the normal usage limit, or a separate limit like we had with gpt 5.3 codex spark? i'm turning it off until the official rollout but get excited, the next few weeks are going to be amazing

here is me talking to gpt bidi 1 for 4 minutes 👀 it's a good improvement over avm 1 > it can sound expressive - laugh, cry, semi-whisper, but it seems to have a lot of guardrails, it refuses a lot, for example it will not moan continuously (i had to try it my bad) > it can set a quick timer and then ping me while we're still talking when the timer is up, but can't seem to tell me if a live football match score has changed in real time > it can translate what i'm saying into another language in real time > it can show inline widgets for time, weather, sports, etc.
