Holy Shxt... Humans have officially become the bottleneck. I built a system around Andrej Karpathy's LLM Wiki. Every employee's responsibilities, workflows, and operational context are captured in the LLM Wiki, allowing the system to understand how work is organized before execution begins. From a digital twin workspace, I can issue a single command, and the system decomposes it into specialized skills for each business function. Each skill handles its domain, then hands off its output to the next agent until the workflow is complete. Codex is the default execution engine, while OpenClaw and Hermes are accessed through a bridge whenever they're better suited for a task. For operations requiring security permissions, a human simply approves the request, and the agents take over from there. It feels like the human role is shifting from doing the work to managing, approving, and supervising the system. Now I can operate the company's infrastructure from anywhere.

I just added real-time AI translation into Chormex using GPT-Realtime-2… and this feels absolutely surreal. It works across YouTube videos, live streams, meetings, presentations, basically anywhere audio is playing inside Chrome. You can watch translated speech in real time while simultaneously using Codex on top of the live context. “Summarize this.” “What are the key points?” “Turn this into notes.” “Explain what they mean.” “Organize the discussion.” …all while the video or meeting is still happening. It genuinely feels like browsers are evolving into real-time AI operating systems. We are getting dangerously close to a world where language barriers on the internet completely disappear.

I built a game with Claude Fable 5, and what really surprised me was that Fable automatically generated the rigging-related animations on its own. In the past, I hadn't seen any model capable of creating the animations themselves, not just the assets. As these models become more capable, I think companies like Tripo, Meshy, Hunyuan, and VARCO that specialize in asset creation could become even more valuable. It feels like we're entering an era where assets themselves become the most important form of capital.
