🔔🔔 کسی کی دل آزاری مقصود نہیں لیکن کراچی میں بارش اور “اربن فلڈنگ” کے دعوؤں کی رپورٹنگ بہت ہی دلچسپ ہے۔ صُبح ایک خاتون رپورٹر کی پانچ منٹ کی لائیو رپورٹنگ دیکھی وہ ملیر کینٹ کو جانے والی سڑک پر چھتری لیے موجود تھیں اور اُن کے عقب میں سڑک بالکل صاف تھی لیکن وہ منظر کشی ایسی کررہی تھیں جیسے بارش سب بہا کر لے گئی ہو، یہاں تک کہ اینکرز نے پوچھ لیا آپ ہمیں سڑک پر پانی دکھا سکتی ہیں؟ تو انہوں نے کیمرہ مین کو کہا آپ دوسری طرف کیمرہ گُھما کر دکھائیں اور جب کیمرہ گھوما تو سڑک کے آدھے حصہ پر تقریباْ ایک سے آدھا انچ پانی کھڑا تھا جبکہ باقی آدھی سڑک پر وہ آدھا انچ پانی بھی نہیں تھا اور ٹریفک کے ساتھ ساتھ لوگ پیدل بھی جارہے تھے صرف شلوار ٹخنوں سے تھوڑی اوپر کر رکھی تھی تاکہ شلوار پر “چھینٹے” نہ پڑ جائیں۔ ابھی یہ وڈیو بھی دیکھیے کار کے ٹائر کا ایک چوتھائی حصہ تک بھی پانی میں نہیں ڈوب رہا یعنی کہ یہاں بھی پانی دو یا تین انچ سے زیادہ نہیں کھڑا لیکن بتایا یوں جارہا ہے جیسے حیدرآباد سے پانی نہیں راوی چناب سے سیلاب بند توڑ کر کراچی میں داخل ہوگیا ہے۔
