ZIPPS FOLLOW-UP: We have learned much more about the investigation into Zipps Sports Grill. After this story below aired, we also got a state from the US Attorney's Office saying the 36-year-old accused of identify theft was hiring kitchen staff for all Zipps locations. He "is alleged to have recruited and hired" illegal immigrants at multiple locations using fraudulent ID documents. Three other people are accused of fraudulently filling out I-9 forms. According to court records, 39 Zipps employees were arrested for being in the country illegally Monday ⬇⬇⬇ FULL STORY:

INITIAL APPEARANCE: Here’s what we learned: - The 31-year-old was booked in on two counts of first degree murder - Prosecutors say the victims were both shot multiple times and moved “concealed” in brush - Thomas Brown’s DNA was allegedly found in the victim’s jeep and on some kind of gloves with blood on them - Pandora’s mom wrote a victim statement - He’s being held on a two million dollar cash only bond ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ABC15 Arizona

MORPHEW IN AZ: We did find multiple addresses in AZ under one of his daughter’s names. We were unable to make contact. There is an address in Cave Creek tied to Morphew’s name, but I spoke with people in the mobile home park. People there did not recognize him but said people are frequently in and out of the location. We are waiting to see if we get court docs ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ABC15 Arizona Denver7 News
