A patient came in with poor vision. Eye examination revealed bilateral lens opacification. A diagnosis of bilateral cataract was made. However, a quick general examination revealed this (check video). Bp- 159/65 mmHg). No lower limb swelling, but reports easy fatiguability and epigastric pain, more on the right side. I have postponed the surgery. Waiting physician’s review. Doctors in the house, what do you think is going on here?

I got back to Moroto yesterday. Today morning I got a call from my in charge that I had an emergency patient to see. Only to come and find this!🥰🥰 They really surprised me.
