As a friend, I have a few straightforward questions for Dr. Neha Das that deserve clear answers: 1. Before supporting or associating with this NGO, did you properly research its background, leadership, funding, activities, and any possible political affiliations? 2. If there are documented links between this NGO or its leadership and political parties such as AAP, BJP, Congress, or others, were you aware of those links before extending your support? 3. If someone presents themselves as a voice for the General Category, shouldn’t they conduct proper due diligence before supporting an organisation—especially by examining its record and the positions of people associated with it on General Category issues? 4. If you disagree with the reservation policies or General Category-related positions of certain political parties, what was the basis for supporting an organisation with documented connections to people associated with those parties, if such connections exist? 5. Was this simply a lack of research and due diligence, or was there some professional, organisational, or personal reason behind the decision? 6. Most importantly, shouldn’t the GC community be entitled to transparency from those who claim to represent its concerns? Can you publicly explain the facts and reasoning behind your support for this NGO? These are questions of transparency and accountability, not conclusions or allegations. Public figures and leaders should be prepared to explain their organisational associations and decisions with facts and evidence.

Dr. Neha Das , these are the questions I was asking when you blocked me. After my questions, people rushed to defend Youth for Equality: They serve society. They do charity. They fight for GCs. They file PILs. They are doing great social work. Some even described it as a trust or society. So we checked. A CIN — Corporate Identification Number — was brought to our attention, and the corporate records we reviewed show: Youth for Equality Foundation is incorporated as a COMPANY — not a trust or society. Being a company is not illegal. But why shouldn't every GC donating money know exactly what legal entity they are supporting? And Dr. Neha Lal Das, since you supported/promoted this organisation, did you research these details beforehand? There is another question for those being presented as “heroes doing selfless social service.” Are they actually unpaid volunteers, or are any of them employees, consultants, directors or professionals receiving remuneration? If you're paid, say you're paid. Legitimate paid work is not wrong. But paid professional work should not be presented as unpaid social service if that isn't the reality. The same question applies to people collecting funds or aggressively defending the organisation online: Are you an independent volunteer, or do you have a paid/professional relationship with the company? And if any director or key person has a documented current affiliation with the BJP—or any other political party—why shouldn't that also be disclosed when seeking support from GCs? So, Dr. Neha Lal Das, my questions remain simple: Did you research the organisation before supporting it? Did you know its legal structure? Did you check relevant political affiliations? Did you check whether the people being presented as volunteers/social workers are paid or unpaid? These are questions, not allegations of fraud. Don't answer questions with abuse or blocks. Answer with facts. Before any GC contributes even ₹1, they deserve to know exactly whom they are supporting. Transparency first. Let the GC community decide for itself.
