I got married the day Jack Grealish signed for Man City… Halfway through the day this message popped up on my phone… honestly would have wanted it from John regardless! My favourite player ever since he flew into that first tackle against Wigan on his debut. To see him grow with the club since then has been an absolute pleasure. Not sure we’ll see his like at our club for the rest of my lifetime and if we do we’ll be incredibly fortunate. The biggest compliment I could give him is that, when I was young and dreamed of being a footballer… if there was a career I’d have dreamed of and a kind of player I’d want to be… it’d be John McGinn. Now go get that trophy! What a player. What a man. UTV #AVFC
