Exponential Height Fog is good but you can't have the inverse version where the dense part is at the top and that's common in real life. Here I'm using a custom volumetric fog with height control to achieve that look I'm after. ☁️☁️☁️ Tutorial coming soon #UnrealEngine #Reverie

Alright guys I think I got it!!! It's just a blueprint with a light function and colour curves for more control. It took a few days of brewing in my head but 15 minutes to build. I'll clean it up and make it free with Reverie.
