When you reduce women to categories instead of seeing them as complex humans, you stop engaging with who she actually is. You relate to the idea of her instead of the person. And then you’re surprised when connection feels shallow, strained, or unsatisfying. A woman who can hold depth and desire, intellect and indulgence, softness and structure requires relationships that are equally layered. Instead of rising to that level, some people try to shrink women down to what feels manageable. That’s why they keep ending up disappointed. Smart women don’t stop being sensual. Accomplished women don’t stop having fun. Confident women don’t apologize for being more than one thing at once. If that threatens you, the problem isn’t women. Maturing is realizing Omarosa bullied bullies & that’s perfectly okay. She was showing us how to maneuver around micoragressions & haters. She was and is everything that I encourage women to be. Self-respecting, a self advocate, and an enforcer of hard boundaries. A true queen.
