In Oct I was 265 lbs, today I’m a solid 190lbs. I was a fat ass. Dropped 65lbs in 6months. Still 30lbs overweight, got lots of work to do. Target weight is 170-165. Giving myself 1-2 years to hit 170-165 in a healthy manner. If achieved sooner, more power to me. Have a blessed weekend family

October 2025 - 265lbs May 2026 (today) - 185lbs Down 80lbs in 8months. Goal: 10% body fat and lower by the end of Q1 2027. Nowhere near where I want to be yet with my body composition. Still a long road ahead. I want to lean out 10x more. Goal is deep striations and every muscle group looking carved out Macros (currently): 190grams protein 150-160grams carbs (training days) 100-90grams carbs (non training days) 40-50grams fats I’m adjusting carbs as I progress, learning about my body and its reactions. Foods I eat to achieve my macros: Top sirloin filet mignon, ground beef / chicken (leanest options), chicken, shrimp, eggs, white rice, potatoes, fruits with my yogurt. I rotate them to enjoy my meals. Don’t be afraid of seasoning and hot sauce. Training days I keep jasmine white rice around my workouts for fuel, performance, and recovery. Sweet potatoes are usually away from my workouts to keep me fuller longer throughout the day. White rice = faster digesting carbs. Sweet potatoes = slower digesting carbs with more volume and satiety Peptide Stack: Retatrutide - Appetite suppression and fat loss. Long-term: major weight reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, lower food cravings. Tesamorelin - Increases growth hormone. Long-term: reduced visceral fat, improved recovery, fuller muscle appearance. MOTS-c - Supports metabolism and energy. Macros (daily) 180-190grams of protein 180-190grams of carbs Less than 60grams of fat Peptide stack: Retatrutide: 5mg weekly Tesamorelin: 2mg every morning (I used to take it every night but in the morning works best for me) MOTS-C: 9mg (split dose, 3mg mon wed fri) BPC-157: 1mg every night Still need to drop 20lbs. Can barely see my abs but my goal is mobility. I been in the gym for four months after being away from the weights / gym for four years. I train 4-5 days a week. I take no energy back home with me. I train until failure and I love negatives. I don’t feel an age over 30 since being on this peptide journey.
