I got so confused when I saw this scene from Poppy Playtime Chapter 4. I know many will say it's just Huggy returning, but the fact that we see Kissy Missy's model before attacking makes me wonder if Kissy Missy never existed and if Huggy was disguised as Kissy Missy the whole time.
