The Scheme explained..🤭 Todd used Kandi’s driver to take a woman to a baseball game. After the game, Todd went back to the woman’s house and fell asleep. 👀 According to Kandi’s one-woman show, Todd had attended multiple events that day with the woman. Kandi’s driver eventually had to leave Todd and go pick up Kandi from the airport. When the driver picked up Kandi, she already had Todd’s location. During a conversation with Carlos King, the former Real Housewives of Atlantastar explained that he was dealing with the IRS and knew he could potentially be away for more than a year. In July 2024, Peter pleaded guilty in federal court to failing to account for and pay over employment taxes owed to the IRS on behalf of employees of his businesses. According to federal prosecutors, businesses he owned or controlled failed to pay more than $2.5 million in employment taxes between 2017 and 2023. That included more than $1.74 million in taxes withheld from employees' wages that were supposed to be turned over to the government. Peter was sentenced on December 18, 2024, to 18 months in federal prison, followed by two years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $2,526,131.99 in restitution to the IRS.
