Kids in every generation gets influenced by the movies and TV shows they see during their childhood. Imagine little boys and girls grow up watching this thinking this is just normal fun. Young boys watching this won't see this as an immoral eve teasing istead they will think girls will like this kind of behavior. Girls will also think like this is how boys behave and their actions will be taken for granted. If the government wants to reduce the violence against woman programs like these should be censored.
