Some, if not all, of them are old enough to have the person of Ojaja II as a son but what was before them and to which they pay homage is the THRONE of Ọlọ́fin Àdìmúlà Oonirisa Olúayé! That is our CULTURE. That is WHO we are . It is our IDENTITY. It is the Ọmọlúàbí in us and what makes us thick. You can call the South-Africans whatever names you want but ONE THING you must give to them: They know how to rise to check EXISTENTIAL THREATS against them. And they keep their words! It's 30th June. If anyone thought it was a joke now they will wake up. However you look at it, the IMMEDIATE CATALYST of this current crisis is the idiot fellow who declared himself EZE NDIGBO on their land. Their main issues are with Nigerians and we all know who those are in South-Africa and the things they have done in that country with DRUGS. It nearly got to this in Ghana and the issues were the same - DRUGS AND EZE NDIGBO. It is the issues in Kenya, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and indeed in so many countries outside Africa. It was the issue in DUBAI. It is the same issues we are contending with in LAGOS AND ACROSS YORUBA LAND, its been so for about 40years but we treat it with kid gloves. Infact this video captured the scene much better. You had an occasion where dignitaries from all over the country and possibly from abroad were gathered for serious business. Ooni Ojaja II was there with several important Obas and chiefs. Sultan came all the way from Sokoto. Olu of Warri came and was there. Olowo of Ọ̀wọ̀ was there. Mrs. Tinubu was there, probably from Abuja and on her account several serious-minded people came. These people are very busy people!!! Surely, even without being told, a responsible person would know how to be very time conscious and considerate. You may even suspend your speech and just say a few intelligent words to summarise whatever you had in mind. But not AdeDancer. He never has anything to say and therefore covers his inadequacies with songs and dance shoes. He forgot he wasn't addressing his Osun people of Ede and Osogbo who would have happily indulged him to sing and dance for as long as he liked. How can you make a habit of turning serious occasions into carnival of songs and dance? So irritating! Mrs Remi Tinubu was the ONLY PERSON who could have braced up to caution and stop him and she did it well and authoritatively. When he gets back to his Osogbo, Iwo and Ede people he can continue dancing and singing for them. He doesn't say anything but gives them songs and dances. Very disappointing. Our Elders say that when a FATHER is behind his SON'S criminal activities he will go into any house to steal through the front door. This man talking isn't just an OLD MAN he is a TRANSITIONAL RULER from Enugu and also a FORMER AMBASSADOR who represented the whole of Nigeria in foreign country. How is he different from Peter Obi and the Chukwudi at Alaba International Market??? When these people compare Igboho to Kanu shouldnt they be pointing at the parallels or their points of comparisons? 1..Did Igboho sit somewhere faraway hidden at a safe distance to use SW RADIO to propagate HATE SPEECH against Nigeria? No! 2. Did Igboho carry arms against the Federal Government of Nigeria? No! 3. Did Igboho confront the security officers of Nigerian Government and engaged them in a gun fight or kill anyone of them? No! 4. Did Igboho threaten to kill Nigeria's sitting President, Buhari at the time? No! 5. Did Igboho order the burning of any Nigerian city including Government offices and Police station and killing of Policemen and Soldiers as it happened on 20th October 2020 in Lagos State under cover of #EndSARS ? No! 6. Did Igboho ever threatened to us Armed struggle to achieve his constitutionally.rigjts to desire for Self-determination? No! 7. Did Igboho cause disruption to the economy and daily movement of people on any particular day like Kanu did with SIT-AT-HOME for 52 days a year? No 8. Did Igboho kill a single identified human being in the course of his campaigns? No! 9. When Igboho was clamped down in detention in Benin Republic and when agents of the DSS crashed into his Ibadan house what did he do? Did he go to court to teach them law? No!!! He went with superior argument in Nigeria and Benin Republic during the reign of Buhari and he WON in both cases. 10. How many Yoruba traditional, political and religious leaders every come out to publicly approve or identify with Igboho's methods? There is at least one audio recording of Kanu giving orders to his IPOB network to get 2,000 HUMAN HEADS to bury his fallen comrade Ikonzo and these people actually started doing it. They murdered many people, HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS OF IBOS WERE MURDERED IN IBO LAND by these savages. These lives included that of Dr. Chike Akinyuli, Alhaji Ahmed Gulak etc When will this Eze and other Ibo Elders speak for those VICTIMS OF NNAMDI KANU or their lives doesn't matter??? Speaking quite frankly we need to study the LAWS guiding the National Broadcasting Commission ( NBC ) because we have overlooked it for too long. What are the rules of engagement for journalists, Radio/TV stations and their proprietors. Are there no minimum standards of responsibility expected from these people? In those days when things still moved well, in the days when we didn't have Google, as students we used to stay glued to NTA News where we learnt DICTION, PRONUNCIATION, DEBATES etc from journalists. We listened to Newscasters like Sienne All-Brown, John Momoh, Bode Alalade, etc for authorities on pronunciations of English words. We listened to the likes of Yinka Craig, Frank Oliseh etc for sound and balanced commentaries. Their words were law. We used to say in our secondary schools those days that "Sienne All-Brown said it this way" and it settled it. What do we have today? People with low mentality, arrogantly ignorant and rude characters like Rufai Oseni using platforms of National TV to misinform, miseducate and mislead people, especially the impressionable youths. How dare he??? ELECTORAL ACT has always been around for at least 8years, a merely recurring document that most politicians know thoroughly like the Pastors know their bible, something they bring out every election cycle for simple UPDATING like BANK APPs are updated on Android Play store. This document has been in the National Assembly for close to a year. 469 HoR and Senators have been on it for that long. They are all familiar with the bill. These 469 HoR and Senators all have a retinue of aids and assistance in their offices, many of them are lawyers, looking at this bill. There is an Attorney-General of the Federation, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria who already knew practically every word in that bill. He has been seeing it for years. The President has a liaison officer in the NASS, a seasoned legislator who knows the bill thoroughly. The President has a legion of staff who are working with the Chief of Staff, Hon. Gbajabiamila, a lawyer, seasoned legislator and former Speaker of the HoR, a man who has been in the HoR forever. All that happened to that bill must be a few adjustments to existing laws. The NASS deliberated on the bill publicly before journalists for so long a time, so much that even from the observations I made from briefly following them from my bedroom in Abeokuta I can almost write out the entire bill and its new updates. So with ALL of the above resources and the enormous external resources available everywhere at the PRESIDENT'S pleasure and all the RESPONSIBILITIES he had to attend to, there is somebody who claims to have a functioning brain, who went to school, prides himself as being sufficiently educated and calls himself a journalist who actually expected President Bola Tinubu to read every word of that ELECTORAL BILL? He expected him to sit down to read every word and lines of the electoral act, tonnes of papers. What a fool. He doesn't know that even Executives such as Nduka Obaigbena who employed him only need to read t SUMMARIES? He expects a Bank's Managing Director for example to be reading every lines of tonnes of documents every day before signing? He doesn't know what MANAGEMENT REPORT means? Oseni Rufai is a complete idiot, nonentity and nuisance, a terrible embarrassment to identify him as a journalist in Nigeria. ![Truly, no pun intended, the Federal Government through the National Universities Commission [ NUC ] has a duty to launch an inquiry into how Peter Obi acquired the Bachelor's degree of that institution called UNN. This is especially so when he is widely alleged to have obtained his GCE qualifications after the final degree examinations. He also said it himself on National TV that he built his first house which he leased to a bank when he was in 200 levels at UNN. You wonder what business he was into and the time he had to have managed such a business with academic work. Look at this video for example: The qualification to compete in any election in Nigeria according to the Aguiyi-Ironsi and Abacha Unitary Constitution of 1999 is a GCE. Obi doesn't know that a child could sit in his house from BIRTH, attend NO SCHOOLS and LEGITIMATELY obtain a GCE and other higher qualifications to meet constitutional requirements. He may not therefore have classmates if his parents so choose for him He talks like an Alaba Market Apprentice. He wants to see classmates and GCE certificates, the type Mmesoma could have gotten from the Anambra miracle exams centers that he created during his time as Governor of Anambra State. Professor Wole Soyinka. He is now 92 years old. He grew up at the time when men were much closer to nature and got the best of native intelligence through traditional training. He is equally well advanced in Western Education and I can imagine he has gone around the world. He is an ancient Professor. He combines the depth of knowledge from Literature, Classics, Arts etc and joined these with indept traditional education of the Yoruba people. Today at 92 he will say something about Yoruba Culture, Customs and Spirituality and one boy who was born just yesterday will come out to say Prof. Soyinka is an "Idol Worshipper" who doesn't know what he is saying. I want to believe that this conference was called just before or after the end of the civil war. Nnamdi Azikiwe was hovering around the age of 70 years at the time. He was a high Chief of his clan and must know a great deal lot about his tribe. He was the Chief Political Leader of his tribes people. He already had a PHD at this time. 1. First of all he wass giving terms and conditions to the Nigerian Government for the return of his Biafra people who had so hopelessly lost a war. On a good day, in the Politics of War, the victorious Federal Government could have just gone ahead to strip them and share every inch of Ibo land amongst any people they so desired. No, Gowon didn't do that. Gowon made Jerome Udoji Chairman of Federal Civil Service Commission in 1972, just two years after the war. Awolowo even kept their FEDERAL ALLOCATION FOR THREE YEARS and submitted it to them. 2. The one which really got me here is the fact that at least FOUR TIMES in the course of this two-minute video he pronounced his tribe as IBO. He said it at least four times. I have heard it from the mouth of Obi of Onitsha and other top elites of that region. IBO is what majority of the people of SE call themselves when they talk. But when they WRITE it is written as "IGBO". Even that is a new phenomenon, as recent as the 1980s. In the past it used to be pronounced and written as IBO. What happened ? How did it suddenly become IGBO and why the desperation to make it stay as IGBO? The answer is simple. They want to be able to connect IGBO to UGBO of Ilaje Kingdom so as to claim as Obi Onitsha did recently that his people were the original owners of Ile-ife, the story which may be related to the Ugbos. They want to be able to say IJEBU-IGBO, IGBOỌRA, EJIGBO, OKE-IGBO and all such ancient towns of Yoruba land are originally the lands of their ancestors. They want to be able to invent a new history for themselves. You will think it's a joke until you study how the Ashkenazi Jews of Eastern Europe STOLE the history of Ancient Hebrews, a People who were evidently black inhabitants of African lands and they made it their story overnight. Suddenly the wandering tribes of the Ashkenazi Jews claimed ancestry they were not connected to, wrote fictitious stories to position themselves to the land of other people and then tied religious beliefs to it, the same religious beliefs which were also stories stolen from the ancient Hebrews. They renamed lands and invented an ancestry for themselves. On the strength of these falsehoods they literally snatched Palestine from the owners. And till today nobody has asked them simple question is such as how the Jews/Israelis don't have DÀDA LOCS on their heads like Samson who was supposed to be their ancestors whereas it is more common all over Black Africa . We don't ask why ALL of the animals mentioned in the OT bible including Lions, Elephant etc are never found anywhere in the middle East but only in Africa. So many questions we never asked. And I fear that if we continue like this, our ajebutter children that don't even speak Yoruba may emd reading and believing the new history written by the Children of Zik in future. I love this. I stumbled on it just yesterday. I hear the artist is called Òdòdó and he is an undergraduate of Ladoke Akintola University. This here is the way many of us in my generation were brought up. We were taught patriotism for country of birth and our motherland, respect for elders and authorities and also morality for healthy physical and spiritual growth Michael Jackson once asked " Have you seen my childhood" in one of his memory hit songs Children are a very highly impressionable lot, you must something in their hearts and they run with it forever. You can't afford to plant the wrong things in the hearts of little children. You plant positives and goodness in their hearts and you get bundles of goodness from them. You plant negatives and evil and that is what they will grow up with and will never depart from it. It is the reason I find it difficult to judge some youths. I always strive to understand their childhood upbringing. You can then imagine how sad I was when I saw the video said to emanate from Ẹdẹ in Osun State. Poor innocent children mobilised, taught, instructed and filmed on video ABUSING A MAN OLDER THAN THEIR GRANDFATHERS, PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA!!! Why???? That is evil. They are destroying those children, Yoruba or whatever children they are. The same thing happened somewhere in Rivers State in the height of Wike and Fubara crissi. Children were taught to be abusing Wike, a Minister of the Federal Republic. It happened somewhere in the North in the course of the 2023 Presidential campaigns. A mere boy, a child who couldn't be more than 10 years old was propped to be insulting Asiwaju Bola Tinubu under the cover of school debate. This is the way they turn innocent children into thugs, bandits and all manner of criminalities. Whereas their own children are in Elites schools all over Nigeria and abroad. Just listen to what this lady is saying!!!! How dumber can a person be???? You won't see any Ibo man or Woman commenting to caution her. But if that man sues her they will jump out to say it is "Ibo hatred" The I-am-Yoruba-But won't say anything. They will tell you is the personal of ONLY ONE woman and you can't judge a whole tribe by that. They will conveniently forget that a great majority of the Ibos harbour and say these things everywhere on social media especially Twitter spaces But when a Yoruba man like Adedamola Adetayo writes to draw attention all of them will rush out to call your tribalist. If you much as say about an Ibo man half of what this lady is saying about Anthony Joshua they will rush out to call you Bigot, Satan and Cultist. This hatred is too much. Don't you just feel like crying when you listen to speeches like this one attached? Why have we become so very careless in Yoruba land? The British founded the country called Nigeria on ETHNICITY. The River Niger and River Benue conspired with the British and made it a lot easier for them to divide the land into three parts. Our people were not consulted. The Okun, Igbomina and some Ekiti people were not consulted before they got thrown into the Northern Region. The British simply used Revd Johnson and Bishop Ajayi Crowther, two men they had suitably programmed over decades in Sierra Leone, to get at the then Alaafin Ladigbolu. The British got to the Fulanis who they had earlier raised from Futa Jalon and planted in Sokoto. From Sokoto they got to the Sultan who called his brother Emir of Kano. They got to Efik land, massaged the ego of the Obong of Calabar, a man whose ancestors had dreamt of sleeping with Queen of England. It must be a great honour for him to be invited to such a meeting. They got to Èkó and picked one White Cap Chief. They had already conquered Èkó some decades earlier. They gathered these men in Zungeru in today's Niger State where the Ibos, another British project developed in Fernando Po and planted in the South-East, were already in the houses of the Europeans working as servants, men like Obed Edom Azikiwe and the father of Louis Ojukwu. Those FIVE (5) MEN signed off over 300 Ethnic groups into what is called Nigeria today!!!! Nobody else knew about it. The Ijebus, Ijesas, Ondo, Ọ̀wọ̀ and even the Egba people who were earlier deceived into the talks of independence, all didn't know what was going on. From DAY ONE, the Yoruba people were already in danger in Nigeria but our leaders of those days didn't wake up early to the dangers. The scramble for survival started immediately, since way back 1914 and possibly before then, since the British landed. Thank God for men like Chief Obafemi Awolowo Ọ̀dọ́lé Ilé-ifè who rose to the challenge quickly in the 1940s. It took the rude awakening of Samuel Akintola's 1965 campaigns and his eventual assassination for our people to be jolted to reality. There is the JIHADIST AND ZIONIST plots playing out in Nigeria since 1914. Nigeria is founded fraudulently. She runs on a dubious foundation. She operates an iniquitous Federal Constitution. You don't stay in such a system and be talking about "Nationalism", it is foolish. What you do in such a system is SELF-PRESERVATION and that is what every ethnicity in Nigeria practices. YOU PROTECT AND THINK OF YOURSELF FIRST AND ALWAYS. ONLY the Yoruba people are liberal and forming civilized And we are paying the prices bitterly. We risk the well-being of Yoruba people and jeopardise the future of our children. And you know what I found out recently? I hear that in AFENIFERE, the Apex Socio-cultural Body of the Yoruba people, the leadership is so hopelessly compromised that they can't successfully debate on any matter of SELF-PRESERVATION on behalf of Yoruba people. I hear that such simple matter of defending the interests of our artisans who are into such things as ASỌ-ÒKÈ, ÀDÌRẸ etc by invoking registration of patents and such other things, that the LEADERSHIP OF AFENIFERE is unable to get round it. You know why? Many of the leaders of Afenifere are either half-Ibos, with Ibo wives or have children/children who are extensively involved with the Ibo Zionists. Many of them are lawyers whose existence depended on patronage from the Ibo Lekki Associates. So they look on as Ibo Zionist traders and their Chinese Associates are destroying the Aso-Oke and Adire business of our people and running those poor people out of business. These are not just ordinary trades of our people, they are CULTURAL IDENTITIES.../
