Alright, I give up and need help here guys. Please. Wherever we ran our 2660 VT to touch up washouts/ditches there isn’t a bean to be found but as soon as you get to the exact inch of where the spring freshner was ran the beans are excellent. Backdrop, planted on 3/25 at 100k plant pop at 1.5” deep. Been dry with some small rains. Makes zero sense to me why nothing. NO residual used yet, just burnt down with roundup to start killing the rye.

Was really glad to see the steps we are taking with the cover crop strip till program are definitely making improvements over the past years. Very clean water for the amount of rain that came down overnight. Definitely even more impressed with this program.

It’s no secret I’ve not been a fan of covers or fall stripping. I challenged myself hard over the past year to learn more about this system. With what I saw today, I can say I’ve NEVER been more wrong. We achieved our goal, beautiful strips to plant on with covers in between. Still a long way to go, but I love what I’m seeing so far. Shoutout to a fantastic job by Yetter Farm Equip. strip freshner. And thank you Ryan R. Nell Joey Hanson for staying on me to push harder and learn more. This is beautiful. Strip-Till Farmer

Row by row fine tuning and singulation testing. It’s tedious as hell but the picket fence spacing is worth it in looks and in my opinion, financially as well.. Bean variety testing is done. Corn is on deck for hybrid singulation testing but not before I start planting beans this week. It’s go time!
