gm from “Frags” — part of the “Native” project — an experiment in giving AI image-to-video systems room to move on their own, unprompted each fragment unfolds its own perceptual logic — and here I believe we are seeing what I call: - Optics Logic: transmission, reflection, and refraction of light - Phantom 3D: object rotation and invented structure absent from the keyframe image, mimicking 3D modeling behavior - Autopilot Cinematography – the frame drifts and pans as if directed by some phantom camera operator the built landscapes inherent in Frags nod to the New Topographics photographers, yet look past documentation — asking what kind of “world” the machine believes it sees — and by association, what kind of world I am seeing
