Riyasat Gul, the Taliban police commander in Panjwayi district, Kandahar, locally known as “Qazi Sahib,” or “Mr. Judge”, was caught sexually abusing a boy. Bacha bazi has become a disturbing feature of the Taliban’s brutal regime.
