Back in 2020, Mike Postle sued a bunch of us for defamation (incl. Todd Witteles & Veronica Brill). They filed anti-SLAPP motions; he later voluntarily dismissed the case. The court then awarded them ~$54K in attorney fees/costs. The hearing on that matter is well worth a watch:
