I took the boys to Stormont Estate at the weekend after mass. We’d gone to the play park but it was crowded and loud. So we wandered around a bit. Then we stumbled into the Boardwalk where we had a gentle adventure discovering all the creatures. I don’t know how to describe it - but the peace I felt on Sunday afternoon is the reason I moved my family here. Love this place and I love the fact that my boys will spend their childhood here. ❤️🙌🏼

I joined a group of middle-ground voters (the “persuadables”) on the Borderland podcast to discuss whether NI is better off in a United Ireland or should remain in the U.K. On the question of a health service, I was one of a scant few who expressed a skeptical view of the NHS. Beautiful in principle, staffed by heroes, but perhaps structurally unworkable in the 21st century. On THIS topic, I was open to what could be achieved through a UI.
