This is not Kyiv, Donetsk, Gaza, or Belgorod. This is the central hospital of Stepanakert. This is not the work of Ukrainians or Russians, nor of Hamas or even Israel; this is the work of their ally, the terrorists from Baku. Who knows how history would have unfolded if, in those autumn days of 2020, Azerbaijan had received the punishment it deserved. How many civilian lives would have been saved if Azerbaijani terror had been condemned.
