Today, at 40 years old I did the Sub 60 second 400m Challenge. By the numbers. Age: 40 Height: 5’11.5” Weight: 194 Time: 54.2 People will always asked the Question, why? And I guess my answer is “why not?” I will also continue to challenge myself. It makes me feel alive. 🙌🏻 #400m #Sub60
