The High Court has agreed with our submissions that the accused is undeserving of bail as he could interfere with witnesses and is a flight risk. Glad to have argued this application alongside Wanjira Maina. Another win for the rule of law even if it's partial as we are yet to hear the main charge. We shall be there for justice!
