It would take over 15 years to get your initial investment back. Now let’s look at the Laundromat: • Purchase price: $799,000 • Down payment: $79,000 • SBA loan: $719,100 • Monthly Cash Flow: $18,833 • Monthly loan payment: ~$9,100 You’re left with $9,733/month. That’s 24x the cash flow from the same money. & you don’t have to work in the laundromat at all because there’s a cleaning team in place, and the rest of the time it’s not staffed.
